Menova Health Refund Policy

At Menova Health, patient safety and ethical medical standards are our highest priority. As a telehealth clinic, all patients must undergo a comprehensive eligibility and medical assessment conducted by one of our licensed doctors before treatment can proceed.

1. Refund Eligibility

A patient is eligible for a full refund only under the following condition:

  • The prescribing doctor determines the patient is medically unsuitable for treatment after the initial consultation and health assessment.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The patient fails to attend their consultation without notice.
  • The patient chooses not to proceed with treatment after being deemed medically eligible.
  • The patient provides incomplete or misleading medical history, which affects the assessment outcome.

3. Consultation Fee

The initial consultation fee covers time, clinical review, and administrative services. It is non-refundable unless the patient is found unsuitable for all services offered by Menova Health.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund due to medical unsuitability, please email info@menovahealth.com within 7 days of receiving the outcome. Include:

  • Full name
  • Date of consultation
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Supporting details (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation.


Access to Our Websites

Our site is made available free of charge.
